Bihar Saat Nishchay-3: Seven-point development agenda for 2025-30

Bihar Saat Nishchay-3 is the third phase of the Bihar government's developmental programme focusing on seven resolves for the period 2025-2030: employment, income growth, industry, education, health, infrastructure, and ease of living. The Budget 2026-27 provides Rs 1.22 lakh crore annual scheme outlay and Rs 39,377 crore capital outlay to support these initiatives.
